The lecture will provide an update on the management of medical emergencies and basic life support within the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Aims and objectives
- Understand the impact of COVID-19 on the management of BLS and medical emergencies in the dental surgery and take necessary precautions including PPE
- Appreciate the role of prevention/preparation/practice to improve the outcomes of a medical emergency
